Cher-Make Sausage produces a wide variety of naturally smoked sausage products including such items as natural casing hot dogs, bratwurst, smoked sausage, skinless hot dogs, ring bologna, shelf-stable summer sausage and summer sausage display. We offer a wide variety of processing techniques, product sizes and packaging solutions to help meet your sausage needs.

At Cher-Make Sausage we are committed to Food Safety at all points throughout our organization. Our programs, policies and practices are continuously reviewed and validated to ensure safe sausage products for both our customers, and the end consumer.

Three times a year we utilize the expertise of third-party auditors; Silliker Labs, Cook & Thurber and The Steritech Group. These internationally recognized organizations review our facility, equipment, HACCP plans, food safety programs, SOP’s and employee training to ensure that we are compliant with the best manufacturing practices in our industry. We have continually earned a rating of over 90% from all of these organizations.
