Baked Rigatoni and Italian Sausage

Ingredients
• 14 oz pkg. Cher-Make Smoked Italian Sausage
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 3 c. uncooked rigatoni
• 1 c. ricotta cheese
• 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
• 2 c. mozzarella cheese
• 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan

Directions
Sauté onion and garlic until onion is tender in skillet.

Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain.

Combine rigatoni and ricotta; mix well. Slice the Italian Sausage into diagonal cut 1/4 inch slices. Layer sauce, rigatoni, sausage, mozzarella and Parmesan in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
