Fried Ring Bologna and Onion Sandwich...A Family Favorite!

A simple recipe that has been passed down by Emil's daughter Betty and enjoyed by many through the years! Wisconsin comfort food at it's best!

• 1 Yellow Onion
• 1 ring Cher-Make Ring Bologna
• Rye Bread

Remove casing from the Ring Bologna and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Layer the sliced Bologna in a frying pan. Peel and thinly slice the entire onion and toss with the bologna over medium heat until the onion is golden and soft or until everything is heated through. Pile high on slices of rye bread, or your favorite bread, and sit back and savor!
