One-Pot Skillet Bratwurst Dinner

This is a must have dinner featuring Cher-Make 100 Calorie Chicken Brats and rice. Try it for your next family meal night and it'll leave them asking for seconds!


  • 1 package 100 Calorie Chicken Brat 12 oz.
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted (10.75 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 package frozen peas (10 oz.)
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained (4.5 oz.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)


In a skillet, combine soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add sliced bratwurst and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender.

Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted.
