Breakfast Delight

What goes good with cheesy potatoes for breakfast? Cher-Make 100 Calorie Chicken Brats! Not only a low calorie addition to the potatoes, but also a tasty one!


  • 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (30 oz.)
  • 1 package 100 Calorie Chicken Brat 12 oz.
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (10.75 oz.)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Dice Chicken Brats into bite size pieces. Mix potatoes, brats, cream cheese, mushroom soup, celery soup and a dash of salt and pepper. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 425ºF for 45 minutes.
