Baked Rigatoni & Italian Sausage

Change up your usual pasta night with some Cher-Make 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage! This dish will turn into your pasta night "go-to."


  • 1 package 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage 12 oz.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cups uncooked rigatoni
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsps grated parmesan


Sauté onions and minced garlic until onion is tender.

Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain.

Combine rigatoni and ricotta; mix well. Slice the Italian Sausage into bite size pieces. Layer sauce, rigatoni, sausage, mozzarella and parmesan in baking dish. Bake at 400ºF for 20-30 minutes.
