Sausage, Pepper, Onion and Potato Hash

This quick and hearty recipe will have your family coming back for seconds! Healthy ingredients and our delicious Polish Sausage make this a colorful and nutritious meal!


  • 1 package Polish Sausage 20 oz.
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Large Potato, Peeled and Diced
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper


In a large skillet, cook potatoes over medium-high heat. Fry until golden brown and cooked through. Add peppers, onions and sausage and season with salt and pepper. Stir and cover. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
