Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes

This hearty comfort food is perfect for enjoying on those cool fall nights. Not to mention, Crockpot recipes are a great way to still have a warm home cooked meal on those busy week nights!

Ingredients

  • 1 package 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage 12 oz.
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Sliced
  • 2 pounds Baby Red Potatoes, Chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Slice Italian Chicken Sausage into bite size pieces and brown in a skillet over medium heat. In a Crockpot, combine browned sausage, potatoes, onion, soup and seasonings. Stir well to evenly mix ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir periodically.
