Buffalo Chicken Bratchos

This recipe combines the hotness of buffalo sauce and our 100 Calorie Chicken Brats for a healthier version of an all-time favorite game day snack.


  • 1 package 100 Calorie Chicken Brat 12 oz.
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Container Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips


Slice and brown brats in a skillet over medium heat.

Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a plate or platter and drizzle with buffalo sauce.

Top with brats, celery and shredded cheese.

Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with more buffalo sauce if desired.
