Southwestern Sausage Salad

Enjoy a taste of the Southwest in this tangy salad perfect for a main dish lunch or dinner!


  • 1 package Pepper Jack Bratwurst 24 oz.
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn, thawed
  • 1 each green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 eachs romaine lettuse leaves, washed and drained
  • 1 cup peppercorn ranch salad dressing


Over medium heat, cook sausage until brown, stirring occasionally. Remove sausage from pan and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl combine drained black beans, corn and bell pepper. Add cooked sausage. Stir in salad dressing and cilantro; stir well to combine all ingredients.
