Wisconsin Brat and Beer Cheese Dip
Brats, beer and cheese? What more could you want in a dish? Our Wisconsin Brat, Beer and Cheese Dip is perfect whether you're tailgating or homegating!
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Dice brats and cook over medium heat until brown. Remove brats and set aside.
Melt butter on medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and stir for one minute. Gradually stir in milk, beer and gravy. Mix until smooth, stirring constantly to bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Stir in brats.
Spoon into bowl or dish and top with cheese curds!
