Brat and Caramelized Onion Flatbread

This cheesy flatbread is great served as both an appetizer and as a main course! Topped with our Homegame Brats and caramelized onions we guarantee this is one recipe everyone is sure to love!

Ingredients

• 1 Yellow Onion
• 2 tbsps Butter
• 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 Flatbread Crust
• 1 package Homegame Bratwurst 24 oz.

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Slice and brown brats over medium heat and set aside.

Thinly slice onions.

Melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions. Stirring every few minutes.

Place flatbread on baking sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with onions and brats.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.
