Breakfast Skillet

Start your day the right way with this healthy breakfast skillet full of delicious 100 Calorie Chicken Sausage Links and fresh veggies! This quick and easy recipe will be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package 100 Calorie Chicken Breakfast Sausages Original
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 pound Gold Potatoes
  • 2 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 s Eggs (Lightly Beaten)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper

Directions

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and diced onion, cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and peppers to skillet.

In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in skillet. Cover with lid, lower heat to medium-low and let cook for 10 minutes. (Do not stir)

Remove lid and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Let stand until cheese is melted.
