Italian Chicken Sausage & Broccoli Ziti

This fast and easy recipe will delight your family and guests! Healthy ingredients like our 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage, broccoli and red peppers, help make this a colorful and tasty dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 package 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage 12 oz.
  • 12 ounces ziti pasta
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing, any variety
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Over medium-high heat sauté red pepper for 2 minutes or until tender. Add slices of Italian Chicken Sausage and Italian dressing, cook for an additional 2 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, cook pasta according to directions on the package. Once pasta is boiling add broccoli and cook until tender. Drain and pour into a large serving bowl.

Combine with sausage and pepper mix and top with grated cheese.
